Standard-Size Dresses

Standard-size dresses may be returned if you contact us within 15 days of delivery. To begin a return, please email service@jovellee.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping the item back.

To qualify for a return, the dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains or odors, and returned with its original tags attached. Rush and express delivery fees are non-refundable. Custom-Size Dresses

Each Jovellee custom-size dress is made specifically according to the measurements submitted with the order. For this reason, custom-size dresses are not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.
