Jovellee currently ships to the United States and selected international destinations.

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

1. Order Processing Time

Order processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before shipment, including order confirmation, product preparation, quality inspection, and packing.

Processing may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to product-specific preparation requirements. If an item requires a different processing time, this may be stated on the product page.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. U.S. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

For eligible orders shipped within the United States, we currently offer the following shipping options.

Standard Shipping

Estimated shipping time: 10–15 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping

Estimated shipping time: 3–5 business days after shipment.

The shipping methods and charges available for your specific order will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

For example, an order using Standard Shipping may take approximately 13–20 business days in total, while an order using Express Shipping may take approximately 6–10 business days in total.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. International Shipping

Jovellee also ships to selected international destinations.

Available destinations and shipping services may vary depending on the delivery country or region, the products included in your order, order value, and carrier availability.

Available international shipping methods may include Standard Shipping, DHL Express, USPS, or other carrier services, depending on the destination.

Where Standard Shipping is available, the estimated shipping time is generally 10–15 business days after shipment.

For carrier-calculated services, including eligible DHL Express or USPS services, shipping charges and estimated transit times are calculated based on the destination and order details and will be displayed at checkout.

The final shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery options available for your destination will always be displayed at checkout before payment.

International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local import procedures, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

The availability of shipping to a particular country or region is determined by the shipping options available at checkout.

If your destination cannot be selected or no shipping method is available during checkout, we are currently unable to ship that order to the selected location.

Shipping destinations and available services may change from time to time as we update our shipping network and supported markets.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on factors including the shipping destination, order value, selected shipping method, and carrier.

For U.S. orders, our current Standard and Express Shipping rates are listed above.

For international orders, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on the destination and available shipping service.

The final shipping cost applicable to your order will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status through the applicable carrier's website.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment. In some cases, tracking details may not appear immediately after the shipping confirmation is issued.

7. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Applicable sales taxes or similar taxes collected by Jovellee will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges may apply depending on the destination country's or region's laws and customs requirements.

If duties, taxes, or other import-related charges are collected at checkout, they will be displayed before payment.

If such charges are not collected by Jovellee at checkout, they may be charged separately by local customs authorities, the shipping carrier, or another applicable authority upon import or delivery.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges that are not collected by Jovellee at the time of purchase.

8. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

This includes your full name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, city, state or province, postal or ZIP code, country, and phone number.

Jovellee is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address information, additional charges may apply for reshipment where reshipment is available.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide your order number, tracking number, and, where applicable, clear photos of the damaged package and product.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping and delivery times are estimates.

Delays may occur due to carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs clearance, local import procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
