    ★ Should I choose a standard size or a custom size?

    A standard size is generally a good choice when your measurements closely match one of the sizes shown in the product’s size chart.

    If custom sizing is available for the style you are purchasing and your measurements do not closely match a standard size, custom sizing may be a better option.

    Please carefully review all measurements before submitting a custom-size order, as custom-made items are subject to different return conditions.

    ★ What should I do if my standard-size item does not fit?

    If your eligible standard-size item does not fit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

    The item must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original condition with the original tags and packaging.

    Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the item price will be refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

    Original shipping fees, rush fees, and return shipping costs are generally not refundable when the return is due to fit, personal preference, color choice, or ordering the wrong size.

    ★ How do I request a return?

    Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you would like to request a return.

    Email us at service@jovellee.com and include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the item when applicable.

    All returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide the return address and return instructions.

    Please do not send an item back before receiving approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
