    To qualify for a return, the dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains or odors, and returned with its original tags attached. Rush and express delivery fees are non-refundable.     Custom-Size Dresses

    Each Jovellee custom-size dress is made specifically according to the measurements submitted with the order. For this reason, custom-size dresses are not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.

    This dress was perfect for my event. It had a strange smell, but after getting it cleaned it was great. The size was accurate, I did still need to get it hemmed and taken in on the shoulders a little, but overall it seems to be good quality and it came in time. It worked perfect for what I needed it for.
