To qualify for a return, the dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains or odors, and returned with its original tags attached. Rush and express delivery fees are non-refundable. Each Jovellee custom-size dress is made specifically according to the measurements submitted with the order. For this reason, custom-size dresses are not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.
