Standard-Size Dresses

Standard-size dresses may be returned if you contact us within 15 days of delivery. To begin a return, please email service@jovellee.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping the item back.

To qualify for a return, the dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains or odors, and returned with its original tags attached. Rush and express delivery fees are non-refundable. Other shipping charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our full Return and Refund Policy.

Custom-Size Dresses

Each Jovellee custom-size dress is made specifically according to the measurements submitted with the order. For this reason, custom-size dresses are not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please email service@jovellee.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Original shipping fees, rush fees, and return shipping costs are generally not refundable when the return is due to fit, personal preference, color choice, or ordering the wrong size.
